Loong Grill Fish

It's time again for my dad to come back from Sabah and normally we will bring him to try on new eating place. This time we plan to explore around NZX, thus have decided to meet up with him there after I finish my work.

My dad whose works in the food industry were quite picky about his food. As first, we plan to go to FullHouse but he seems to be not satisfied with it and suggested to go for another eating place which is somewhere around NZX too...

Well, since he's is the boss, we have to give in and I just ordered for a drink before we head to this Restaurant which is Loong Grill Fish. Tucked in the corner shop, it's quite to easy to find this place as it's just located at the end of the road in NZX

As we go in, we can see there's lotsa pictures hanging on the wall recommending all the signature food they have...Later on, only I found out that it's actually opened by the same owner of a famous grilled fish stall in SS2 "Wai Sek Kai"

The promotion they are having now...Free french fries if you order any of their promo item..

Even Ho Chiak are here, so I guess the food should be not bad...and what I see here is the price seems reasonable too...

Their Black colour menu with the Red Chinese writing "Wong Zhi" which also means Prince...errr, this is totally different translation of Loong Grill Fish...haha

From a glance of their menu, I found that most of the food they served here is mainly seafood. Dad which is also quite a greedy person which just want to tried out as many food as possible will normally order for a lots of food but he will only eat one or two bits of it...

The waitress has also assured us of the freshness of their seafood has made Dad even wanted to order more..He's say he just wanted to make sure that what says by the waitress is true...Like that also can?

Let's move on the food...

The free French Fries...

Dry King Noodle RM5.60

Escargot cooked in Butter Milk style RM15.00, One good thing about eating escargot here is they will separate it from the shell for you. It's really save you the hassle from digging the thing out of from the shell..

Fried Squid RM12.00, in the menu it's called Nen Nen style..wonder what's that...

Village style bean curd RM10.00, this is kinda nice..the beancurd was really smooth. I guess it should be home made. Cooked with minced meat and small prawn, it's a lil spicy too which goes well with plain rice... which we do not go for as there's lots more food waiting for us..

Grilled Fish, RM12.00...normal only, too much raw vege on it, don't really like it

Fried Sha Tian Chicken, RM9.60 for two small fried birds... taste like chicken

Crab @ 13.80 per kg, we have order for 4kg, half of it cooked in Hong Kong style... I did not try on this so no comment

And another BBQ style... I really like this one as it's cooked with Marmite, the bad thing is the crab were kinda small, wish we can get a bigger one...but's that's what they have left..so no choice

Complimentary fruits...

What the waitress say were true, all the foods we have today were really fresh and we really do enjoy it...Total bill RM130.40 w/o tax...
