Shi Fu Wantan Mee

Shi Fu Wantan Mee which is just a few shops next to face-to-face is also another eating place which I wanted to try...You know, when you saw the name Shi Fu, you'll start to thinks it's just merely the name of is it really the noodle here having the Shi Fu level?

Well, for the sake to add one more entry to food blog, have decided to try this our for my Saturday dinner..yea I'm here before the Earth Hour, ok? So the lights is still on, Haha...

Very eastern style looking of the front view of the restaurant...

Inside as well, very china feel...

Okies, let's move on to see what this restaurant can offer to us today...

For the drinks selection, not much special choices, they are just having the normal one which is for example like Tea, Coffee, Milo...

For us, we have go for Iced Milk Tea RM2.00

And also Iced Honey Lemon RM3.50

Well, the turn for the food...

When we are inside, we saw that they are displaying 3 big potrait of Char Siew Fun, Wantan Mee and also Pan Mee...we assumed it's the big seller, thus we ordered for this three...

For a start, Fresh Prawn Wantan RM6.00 for 5 big pieces of wantan...There is a whole big size prawn and also some minced meat...yum yum, the prawn meat are so bouncy when you bite it...

Char Siew Fun RM7.00(L), Wow, did you see the generous serving of the Char Siew?Served together with some minced meat and some vege, this can made a very fulfilling meal...I keep commented to Kelvin on how nice is the Char Siew which he agreed as well...This would be the place to go for when I'm craving for Char Siew next time...

Well, when the shop already mentioned for Shi Fu wantan mee(S)RM5.00, of course we will give a try to it, rite?Hmm..after a try of this, I can say this shop is really qualified to put their shop name as Shi Fu wantan mee...Not to mentioned the delicous char siew, I also give a thumbs up to the mee as well...

And lastly to served us is the Pan Mee RM5.00 which find is also only so so...can't blame them since it's already mentioned that their specialty is Wantan Mee...Everything is just too salty...The pan mee and the soup as well, I prefer the pan mee at Face to Face...

Finally get my iPhone...

Finally, it's time for me to collect my iPhone today...If calculated, it's been 5 years since I last changed my handphone...so I really don't know myself that how long I will need to use this iphone before I change for another new one...Haha...

Initially I have registered for the 8GB black but somehow when I go to collect with Kelvin, it turned out to be a 16GB. Well, after he calculate it to me it's seems if I go for the 2 years plan instead of year then I only need to pay more RM100++ to get the 16GB one...Ehemm, can't imagine guys too will be that calculative...

Frankly speaking, the iphone seems like so complicated to use, the girl there even told me that she have went to tutorial class for 3-4 times, yet there's still more to be learned...

Am I supposed to feel regret now? I'm really so lazy to go for the tutorial class...Pay so much yet still need to put somemore effort to use it...even the charger is using USB port which means I need to charged it with my PC

mandy really feeling a lil regretted now...or should i go for HTC instead?

Junkfood Queen~ (4)

It's been quite some time that I didn't shop for junkfood, till last weekeend. While shopping at Jusco supermart, spotted this cute mini snack. You know me..always attracted to the packaging first...

If you know chinese, you'll find the things that they wrote are quite funny...too bad, I don't really remember it, it's my sis that read it out to me that day...

Did you see the direct translation from Chinese "good good eat" which also means very yummy...so funny... When opened up, it's actually some snack which kinda looks like our mamee...

I'm at Seremban

The title already says it all...Yea, went back to hometown last weekend. Kinda excited when sis told that mom gonna cook the abalone which bought during CNY...Yea, you didn't heard it wrongly...it 's bought during CNY! and it kept till today, i guess it's still not expired yet...

You know, this is the first CNY which I need to start work on 3rd day, so mom don't have the chance to cook it for me..She says she will cook it when I'm back...Hey, pls don't look at me like that, it's not that I didn't go back since CNY, just that the few times I'm back there were some other occasion which is grandma asking us over for dinner, Mallaca, Port Dickson, etc...

It's so funny thinking that everyone was waiting me to be home before they started to eat...Sis know that I like to take the pic of food...so everyone was waiting patiently, doesn't want to spoilt the looks of the dish first..Haha

Tang! Tang! Here you go the abalone which mom nicely decorated it with brocolli...

Some other simple dish to go with plain rice...Fried egg with spring onion...

Stir fried lettuce with carrot...

Fried mini pomfret with Taiwan sausage...

And also steamed herbal chicken drumstick...

Hmm, mom cooking were still as delicious as ever even it's just some simple one...Really miss her cooking so much..She says she is getting older now and it's really tiring for her to cook a good meal...So, I really eat alot that day, eat till I really stuffed and mom still ask me to eat...Haha, you know...how a married girl who misses her mom cooking so much

It's really feels so good to be back at home...

Ichiban Boshi

ichiban boshi, I never knew bout this place till June suggested to me that day...Since I'm never been here before, I think it's worth for a try...

At the main entrance whereby it's separated by the glass, this is the place where the sifu make the freshly soba noodle...

We went there after work on Friday... and by the time we were there, it's almost 8pm and the place were already fully packed...Thanks for June for making the reservations for us.

Service was quite good and the staff were quite helpful and friendly, I guess they can see that we were already super hungry that time thus the food were served shortly after we make our order...

Each of us have ordered for different kind of set...Haha, my coll know that I want to take photos, that's why...how sweet are they...

The Sashimi and Sushi set... Most of the set here come with appetizer of the day (today is steam radish), miso soup, chanwanmushi and fruits (today is orange)

Here's mine, Business Gozen which have Salmon Sashimi, grilled mackerel, assorted tempura, appetizer, miso soup, chanwanmushi, rice & fruit

For something light, let's have some soba...there's chunks of chicken and some vege in it...

For those hungries one which can't live without rice...you can try this...

Assorted tempura don...

Steamed egg with unagi set...

Grilled salmon set...

Steamed chicken set, kua...

For big eater who feels like rice and noodles...you should order for this...

Cool soba with chicken katsu don set...

Or this...

Cool soba with chicken teriyaki don set...

Overall verdit, the food were really fresh and delicious...Unlike the other Japanese fast food chain which the food were already cold and which has been left for don't know how long...Price were quite affordable too, each set cost us about RM30...Definetely will come back for sure...

Another reason we were here is also because of this young man birthday... Mr. Liew, we know it's has been a really hard day for you...but no worries yea, we are always there for you..."Happy Birthday and may all your wishes come true"

Sky Bar @ Traders Hotel

After the fulfilling dinner at "The Magnificent Fish & Chips Bar" we straight headed down to Sky Bar...Kinda worried as we are not able to make reservation. As I have heard from my coll that the last time he come, he need to wait for more than 1 hour...Ohhh, hope that we don't need to wait that long...

For those who know and don't know, Sky Bar is located at 33 floor at Traders Hotel which the trademark is the superb KLCC view...

Now you know what I mean by superb KLCC view...Honestly, this is really a nice place to chill out and hang out with a bunch friends, have some drinks...or maybe like us, taking some snapshots, smilezz...

Another attraction here is there is a swimming pool here which is right in the middle...I guess if anyone drunk will falls accidentally into it...Hmm, no wonder when I went to the ladies, the number of bathroom is more than the loo...

As we did not make any reservation, when we are there all the window view are already taken... really too bad

So the next time you go, make sure to make reservation yea..

THE MAGNIFICENT fish & chips bar

Since we are planning to go Skybar later that night...the thought to have dinner is just to have it somewhere nearby that area as well...suprisingly Jessey and me have the same thought which is @ Changkat Bukit Bintang

Along Changkat Bukit Bintang, you are really spoilt for choices on which one to go...All of them seems to be so interesting and tempting to me, futhermore this is my first time here..After much thought, the final choice go to "The Magnificent Fish & Chips Bar".

I believe I can't go wrong since they are quite some good review by some of the famous food blogger about them...And since this is Saturday night, you can expect to see that this place is fully occupied...Luckily we are here a lil earlier as once we are sitted down on the table for 9 , there is another bunch coming in but too bad..there's no more place to them...How lucky we are...

Their bar filled with kinda lots of choices of liquiors/beer/beveranges...If we are not going to Sky Bar, I think we might end up ordering some alcoholic drinks...

Something different about this restaurant is they don’t have a food menu...So if you wanna check on what to eat, just take a look at the several blackboards placed on the walls...

While this is the menu for drinks....with two cute lil fish on it...haha

Some of the drinks we ordered...

Top Left: Green Guava juice
Top Right: Fruit Punch accompanied by a cherry
Bottom Left: Orange Juice
Bottom Right: Apple Juice

So many sauces for you to choose to go for your food...some of this which we don't usually see is the LINGHAM Chili Sauce and the SARSONS vinegar...gotta try it

As what the name is "The Magnificent Fish & Chips Bar", as you can already expect, most of us have go for the Fish & Chips...They actually have a variety of choices of fish for you to choose...Butterfish, Barramundi, Parrot Fish are some of it, which also what we actually have ordered...

The traditional battered Fish & Chips served with thickly cut potato chips and also tartar sauce...Well, its kinda funny that I saw one of my friend eating almost every bite of the fish with different sauces...And from some other blog review, its says that eating the fries together with the vinegar were quite nice...which I guess you can give it a try...

Some of the other foods which we had...

Top Left: I'm not sure who ordred this but I think it's a Cod Fish...
Top Right: Grilled Prawns with Lemon Butter Sauce...Ehemm...some tips and advice to share, actually I expect the prawns to come w/o the shell. Frankly speaking I really had a hard time eating it. And as I didn't have my lunch that day, you can expect that this can't really feed me full. Luckily for Yen Fen fries...So, if you are coming here with your Girlfriend, Future Girlfriend, The girl you like or Wife to be, pls don't go for this...unless you don't mind getting embarassed like me which ended up putting aside the fork and knife, and eat it with my hand...(I should go for the fish and chips)
Bottom Left: Grilled Butterfish with Salad
Bottom Right: Barramundi Fish & Chips

Face to Face

Face to Face Noodles House...which has actually been around for quite some time in Cheras...which I will also pass by each time I'm on the way the Cheras Leisure Mall. I'm sure those Cheras folk are familiar with this shop too...

Well, the reason why I'm here today is because I'm attraced to their big banner which says that they are having this Annivesary promo, RM6.00 for one noodle and one drink...sound attractive to you too?

Okie...It's all bout the paper and magazine cutout which has done interview on this restaurant...

Their special chili and other condiments to go with your noodle...add more ommphh to the noodle...

Drinks, Green Tea and Jasmine Tea which included in the Annivesary set...and in the middle is the Ribena Longan (reminds me of Williams)...

Right: House specialty Hot & Spicy Pan Mee (Dry) which is quite different from elsewhere, served together with the usual anchovies and minced meat, it also come together with a fried egg in the middle...worth to try

Left: Creations Minced Pork Pan Mee... I like this a lot, the sauce were so nice...tastes like thick oyster sauce add with black bean sauce...served together with 2 meat balls, vege and some crunch suff...thumbs up for this...

For dessert, ABC Special...

You only need to pay RM17.90 to enjoy all these which is I consider very affordable...and furthermore it's not charging any Service Charge and Goverment Tax...
